27th Annual Wassail Dinner & Concert

Celebrate the season at the 27th Annual Wassail Dinner & Concert, presented by the Mt. SAC Choral Program under the direction of Dr. Matthew Hazzard, Director of Choral Activities and Professor of Music, and Dr. Jeremy Fox, Professor of Music.

This beloved holiday tradition brings together festive dining, beautiful music, and the spirit of the season for a truly memorable evening. Guests will enjoy performances by the Concert Choir, Brass Ensemble, Nu Aria A Cappella, Chamber Singers, and more, showcasing the exceptional talents of Mt. SAC students.

What makes Wassail especially unique is that the experience is produced from start to finish by the Choral Program. Before taking the stage to perform, students transform the venue for the holidays and welcome guests by decorating, hosting, seating, serving dinner, and supporting every aspect of the guest experience helping create the warm and festive atmosphere that has made Wassail a cherished tradition for generations.

Now in its third year at the Summit Event Center at Mt. SAC, Wassail offers guests an elegant and joyful evening filled with great food, outstanding music, and holiday cheer.

5:00 pm - Hors d'oeuvres begin

6:00 pm - Dinner seating begins

The entire event takes place in the beautiful new Summit Event Center. Guests are seated at tables of eight (8) for the duration of the event. Tables are assigned upon guest arrival the day of the event. During your ticket purchase, you may provide the Box Office with special seating requests. We will make every effort to accommodate requests; however, specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

Salad: Kale caesar salad with brioche croutons, shaved parmesan, tomato tapenade

Main Course Options:

• Parmesan crusted chicken with pesto cream, green beans, and mashed potatoes
• Braised short rib with cabernet demi-glace and citrus gremolada, green beans, and mashed potatoes
• Penne pasta with roasted butternut squash, brown butter sauce, and crispy sage (Vegetarian)

Guest parking is available in Lot B(opens in a new tab) and Lot D(opens in a new tab) free of charge. Periodic shuttle cart service is available from Lot B before and after the event.
